Complaint 290837 Details

I purchased a trial from this company with only postage to pay on 29th October 2013. I didnt realise until today that they had been taking money from my Debit card until I contacted my bank.Amounts have been £89.66 and £84.71 over the last 3 months. My bank have stopped further payments being taken but say I will probably not get any money back. I tried to contact this company and finally got someone to answer this afternoon. He said my account will be closed but had to pass details to billing dept who would contact me. Up to now I have not heard from them. There was nothing mentioned about further charges when I ordered these goods and nowhere to sign to say I had accepted their terms and conditions, which I most certainly did not.
