When I saw the auction site on my email I decided I want to check it out to see what the big deal was.Not sure they were going to take any money out of my account after putting all my personal information out for bids and not knowing they charged me $99 for it I was devastated and upset. They did not inform me at all about the expense and I thought it was completely free because zbiddy did not entail any information about paying for bids.After realizing that I tried to contact them several times in customer service and they never contact me back. The worst thing about is they have know phone number on their website where I can them to speak to someone about the issue. Regardless, I want my money back, this was by far the worse company online website ready to commit fraudulent behavior without the care of the people they stole from.
