I registered for Hot Closeouts 2013 on 1 December 2013. I only purchased bids for $27.00. Today I have a charge on my bank account for $99.00. The phone number that accompanies that withdrew the money is unable to connect. I had also emailed the company on the 1st to inquire about why a product I bid on went down the 15 seconds and didn't work. There has been no response so far. I can not find a phone number on their website anywhere.
