I ordered a 30 day free trial of LifeCell Cream
and gave them my credit card # for postage and
handling. I received a tube of the cream.
In a few weeks I was checking my credit card bill and found a charge for $189 for Life Cream. I assumed they were sending me something I hadn't ordered. I called them and was told the $189 was for the free trial tube. Since I hadn't sent it back they assumed I wanted to buy it. How crazy is that to give a free trial on something consumable and expect it to be returned. I told her I would send it
back and she was to refund the charge on my
credit card.
I've been searching for an address and found the one in your Web Site. I'm going to mail
the tube using registered mail and see what
happens.
