HELLOTOTEM PHONE TRADE IN! Rip off! Rip off! Don't use HelloTotem. They send you the UPS mailer and that's the last time you will hear from them. Sent them my iPhone 4s. Check for yourself. Go to the Hellototem.com page and call the customer service number. I called it it's not turned on the recording said. My Email gets a message to go to the web site and call. Never got my check for my iPhone I sent them. Don't trust them. Can't contact them.
