Ordered Juvenue trial at $1.99 26/9/2011 also ordered the link of hydroxatone which it stated should be used in conjunction with the cream, again at $1.99. I recieved email confirmation (order number62652) charged at $1.99 for the Juvenue but nothing for the hydroxotone. My Juvenue arrived 2 weeks later with no paperwork (all well and good!) 2 weeks later a card was pushed through my door stating that a package was waiting for me at the post office and that would have to pay £20. 14p (uk) needless to say it is still waiting to be collected! I realised that something was amiss at this point so I rang my bank, only to find that Juvenu had taken a payment for $1.99 and another payment for $84.71 along with a payment from hydroxotone of $1.99 - I have emailed and rang the phone number on my confirmation but no one answers once you have been put through to the customer services
