I ordered a product for leg cramps and when I received it and read the label I had already tried the ingrediants to no avail and asked to return for refund unopened and they refused. The product was to be a combination of essential oils and since they refused refund I opened it to find there was nothing but some plain oil and nothing added to it no scent whatsoever. The date is incorrect, I was unable to change the month the correct date is 11/6/2013

KG stiles said they never had the opportunity to resolve any issues, that is a lie i left messages by phone and email with no response, as far as i am concerned they are a very low grade company and have no merit whatsoever.

Our records indicate that you were sent your product with the leg cramp relief pure essential oil formula in a carrier of light coconut oil. If indeed there was an error in your order and you did not receive the product with pure essential oil formula in it please contact us immediately, so we can send you a replacement at no cost to you as stipulated on our Shipping & Ordering Policy page which outlines how to resolve errors in your orders, as well as our Returns Policy. I also wanted to note that the ingredients listed on your product label are also listed on the product page. So, you could have known the product ingredients before placing your order, as well as that the product was in a 3% dilution of light coconut oil which is the standard dilution for a pain relief blend.
Also, there is a customer endorsement on the product page from a customer who has used the Leg Cramp Relief Custom Formula organic aromatherapy product for several years now with good results.
I sent Scambook Support a response to your complaint fully explaining the situation with supporting documentation and asked them to remove your complaint as you did not contact us about the error in your order and given us an opportunity to resolve it for you.
