Ordered my pair of 'Ugg' boots from this site, thought price was too good to be true but thought they were maybe last seasons style etc?! Free shipping to UK too, what a bargain!! Arrived today, so obviously fake, poor quality stitching, synthetic soles, sized way too small. I've been scammed! Tried to go back onto website for returns/complaints but it no longer exists. All I have is phone number given on front of package for customs, sent from someone called Ross, Company phone stated as 135-677-99511 and there is an address which is written in Chinese and difficult to see.
