I signed up for the free trial and it had that I would be charged 0$. When I checked my account, they had in fact charged me 160US. I pointed out the currency because I am from the Caribbean. When I tried calling to cancel on the 4th November 2013, as they stated in the money back guarantee, I was told I have to wait 5 - 10 business days. I waited, still didn't get a refund and I called back on the 10th of November, the person said yes they see it and I just have to wait, waited and I called back again and the person I spoke to told me he would go ahead and do a follow up on my refund. I pointed out to him I was waiting for my refund from the 4th and I had called back on the 10th, he said I would get it, as he has applied a follow up refund and I should get it 5 business days, this was since the 24th, still waiting!!
