Josh Zandman approached us because he needed money. He didn't return emails, phones and plays games. Stay away from Josh Zandman and his company Song and Film he'll rob you. Song and Film is currently insolvent. So, we he reach out to us, we attempted to get him a couple of investors. We event sent an agreement, but he reneged on that too.
