I tried to withdraw my earnings and never got the payout form. All I got is a popout window instructing me to answer the survey before they could give the payout form. I did the survey and put the pin number but still nothing happens. I emailed their support but my email just bounced back.

I tried to withdraw yesterday an today, but the problem is there's no payout form..All I got is a popout window instructing me to answer the survey before they could give the payout form, and now they change allready the payment date next month....
