I also received a letter saying if I mailed in the letter by Dec. 5 I'd receive a "Guaranteed Payment"- I did have the sense to not send the $20.00. This company and others like need to be punished with punitive damages.

- I received the same letter today, saying I won $2,997,500. Not sending in the $20 they asked for. I hope they spend more for postage on these scam letters than they get back from people, although that doesn't help the ones that do send it in.
