After experiencing Burnout and placed on antidepressants, I impulsively purchased 2 Mexican Timeshares in 8 days. I believed that the contracts are invalid due to my impaired judgements and undue pressure to purchase. The Royal Hacienda promised a forthcoming PGA golf course would increase investment value of t-share purchase. The resale value plummeted. Sales staff kept me on property during the recession period by having me stay @the resort. They invited me to attend a member presentation and surprised me by having me speak on how pleased I was & why I purchased. I was exploited as a consumer & vunerable.
