Went online to purchase dr. dre beats (headphones) for my son and ordered one through this online company and was charged 108.39. The email provided a tracking #36260 which does not come up on any of the tracking websites. After further research, I found out that this may be a fraudulent internet site with tons of complaints. There is no customer service number, just an email address to contact them. This online store should be taken down from the internet!

- I ordered in the same way and, after reading the shipping/return policy, noticed the order# is not intended to be the tracking number. Did you cancel your order? I have messaged the company through the "contact us" link on their web page indicating my desire to cancel and be refunded (credit card company says charge is already processing) since there is no other way of contacting them. No response from solostudioksale as of yet. I am disputing the charge as it was for more than was indicated at the point of sale.
