I recieved an email today from Repairs4 asking if I was satisfied or dissatisfied as a customer with their service ( I am totally dissatisfied ) and to press a button stating satisfied or dissatisified. I have found if you press the dissatisfied button it takes you back to their site and doesnt allow you to record anything here, if you press the satisfied button it takes you here.

In my case I signed up on the 29th October 2013 and sent my phone recorded delivery for 9:00am the next day, and I also paid the additional cost to 'queue jump'. My account did not update that day to tell me they had recieved it, yet Royal Mail tracking showed it delievered and signed for. When I called them I was on the phone for nearly an hour waiting and when I finally got through the customer service person told me the computer system had problems but they had recieved it and it was being checked. I was then informed that what I had signed up for wasnt next day service as they no longer do that and when I said about the web site saying they do, I was told it was being changed. Upon ending the call, miraculously I recieved an email saying my phone had arrived. I did not hear anything from them the following day so I called late afternoon and after being 5th in the queue and waiting an age I was answered and told my phone was done and they were waiting to send me a tracking number that night and made sure they had my telephone number and so I waited an additional hour after work for this call that NEVER came. I contacted them first thing the following day and after another long wait was told it was being tested after the screen had been replaced. So it was never coming out the night before. They had my phone and it was fixed, so I thought, so I said ok. The following day I called as it was a Friday and they had my company address to return the phone too. I was then told the new screen they had fitted was faulty and so they had to order a new one. I said to them they have had my phone for 4 days, dont they have other screens coming in all the time and was told yes but all had been allocated to other phones. I asked if one could be unallocated and allocated to mine on a first come first served basis and was told no. I then asked them to return my phone as I no longer had confidence in them. I also asked for my payment to be refunded. This was agreed and I have emails as proof. The phone came back to me the following day and the screen had clearly not been touched. It was smashed and so taking it to bits would have moved some of the glass. IT HAD NOT BEEN TOUCHED. I took it to a local phone shop in Bedford who did the job in one hour and a great job too. I contacted them on the Monday to ask about my refund and I have emails confirming my payment had been processed but it can take 3-5 working days to appear in my account. Well its the 28th November now and guess what, NO REFUND.
I have called them on several occassions and written emails, and even now as I write this at 14:15 I should have had a call back from them before 14:00 today. They pass you off with all manner of lies. I have had the accounts department line is down, they are not available, I will speak to someone and get back to you, I cant get hold of them, we will do that straight away, but nothing, ALL LIES.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS AND LIARS.
