Last year I've contracted Authorhouse Solutions for publishing my latest book. This has been my biggest mistake. The service of their production center and their customer support unit is well below zero. One of the issues: this summer I received my first check of royalties, which (JPMORGAN CHASE) turned out to be rejected by all local banks in my hometown(the Netherlands). So I cannot locally access the royalties. I kindly requested Authorhouse to enable electronic transfer or use PayPal. I guess this would take them 1 minute to achieve. But Authorhouse doesn't bother because "it doesn't match their policy". I'm very disappointed about Authorhouse. Their support center is a shame: have never encountered any support. They just push you off. Up to 20 emails that I've exchanged with the customer support center always yielded the same type of response: "we don't, it's your problem". This is theft. They simply don't allow me to access my royalties.
Never involve Authorhouse.
