I order for 417036-001 Laptop Motherboard for HP Pavilion DV2000 on 09/20/2013 and paid by Bank wired Transfer( order # E1309200944289696) . After 3 weeks I was informed by email that it has been shipped with tracking # RU468389222CH. The item cannot be tracked and up till now I have not received the item. I sent a complaint by email to [email protected] on 11/25/13 and no reply up till now. I need your help to reach everbuying for them to refund my money. Best regards
