I ordered the item more than a month ago and still the item is 'awaiting shipment'. I messaged them and there was no response. I asked for a refund, no response. I find is fishy that there is no number and when I sent the email, I couldn't see the email address itself, I had to do it through their website. I checked online and it turns out there are numerous others reporting that the company in question has stolen money from them. I reported the website to https://econsumer.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/default.aspx
if more people can fill out the form maybe something can be done.
