I bought a pair of shoes online at footwearonlinemall.com for $110.40 on October 17, 2013 and paid using PayPal. I never recieved my purchase nor any shipping details from the seller. The only confirmation of my order was from PayPal on the same day indicating the payment went to a Deng Qian Yi. I can not find that name on their website and the only contact information is to a [email protected] on their contact page, no phone or address. I emailed sandra on November 4th from my yahoo account and then again on November 6th from their website contact page. I then found another email address on the PayPal resolution page for [email protected] and emailed this person on November 9th. On November 13th, I emailed [email protected] whose address i also found on PayPal. I have never recieved any response from this company.
