Dear sir/Madam
I am (Personal Information Removed). I have purchased two holiday package from bag it today in 2013. At that time what they committed with me have not fulfilled so I am applied for the cancelation and return my money. On 13th of November 2013 your sale executive Rohan Kumar called me and said that the refund of that money (bag it today) will through vacation gateway. For that they have to create two transaction id for the total rupees of Rs 12898. Within 3 days the total rupees that is 12898(vacation gateway) and 12898(bag it today) will be refund on my account. but he gaves my dibit card details and debit my account in two tranasation 6999 + 1001 and again i will call to mr rohan so he told your money is blocked and return to 3 days but not any recevied money and again i belive to this and get details my axis bak debit card detials and also three transation in my axis bank account debit my account on 21 st november 4999 + 4999+ 123. my amount not refund and no responce for your employee rohan kumar (09266665671)For the sake of believe he gave his mobile number 09266665671. For that case no conformation call is made by your company. After 3 days I am not got my money I called in your customer care Miss nidhi and told all this to her. She told with their senior and arranged the telephonic call from your verification team. I told all this to your verification team, they told me the refund process will going on and it have to be completed with in 28th 0f November. As I have not gate my money back I am further called her. She told me to give a written complain. So I am giving the written complain to her. If my case has not been solved with 2 days surely I am going to lodge an FIR against your company and that nonsense Rohan kumar.
i will fir for police station and consumer court.
