Let me first tell you how dissatisfied I am with NaturalGreen Cleanse not only with their product but their horrible service. The product was ordered on November 13, 2013 and was promised by your website that I would receive my order in 3 business days. I received my order on November 21. 2013. I called to cancel today because we didn't want to try the product, due to not receiving it long enough to actually have a trial. I talked to an Customer Service representative who told me "well I canceled but will do nothing for the $88.92 charge" I received. Your website and company is very misleading. I will ensure that all my friends, coworkers and customers know that your company can not be trusted. If you are going to promise 3 day shipping that must take place. Your Customer Service representative did not apologize for the delay in shipping only refer me to a third party who handles your shipping. So that is telling me that your company will not spend the extra money to ensure your customers get their product when expected. Your company will do anything to charge the $88.92 for only a 5 day trial. I was charged before my trial ended.
