Answered advert for free trial for cream only needed to pay post and package. Package delivered with no info inside to contact to cancel. Only got telephone number when got my visa bill and too late for first payment. Cancelled it via email after countless attempts to contact on phone. First payment debited on 2nd October and next one debited on 18th oct. I did get email back saying no further charges would be applied but this in the knowledge by the company, that they had already taken a second payment. A fact I was oblivious to as my visa bill had not arrived.
This company are operating just above the law and scamming thousands of people. They must be stopped.
