I signed up for Quibids after seeing that there was a 100% money back guarantee for first time bidders on bid packages if new users/beginners were not happy. I wasn't happy with the site, so I contacted customer service to request a refund. They told me they could not give refunds on used bids, but this is NOT what the website says. I requested a refund, and was dismissed, only to receive a standard "we can't process your refund...but check out our new Buy Now feature!" from Jacob at customer support. Very frustrating to be told a money-back guarantee is available, and then to have someone ignore it when responding to your complaint. I requested the refund and filed a complaint through BBB. Have yet to hear anything back.
