I ordered 2 pairs of Ugg bailey button boots online. The website looked legit. I received them both packed (squished) into one shoebox without any return/exchange information. The boots looked a lot smaller than the authentic Ugg boots I have in the same size. I contacted the customer service email that I reveived, what a hastle. It boils down to: for return: I pay to ship and will only get refunded 40% of purchas price. Exchange: I also pay to ship and am responsible for 30% of purchase price for restocking as well as shipping. The quality of the boots is very poor. Both pairs of boots are chestnut but not the same color. The company was very unhelpful and as compensation they offered me 10% off my next order and told me to gift the two pairs that I can't use. What a slap in the face. I asked to see the policy on returns/exchanges and was only able to access the site one time. I've tried several times to go back to the site and am unable.
