Terrible company, just a scam!
I have had so many problems with brighthouse and the UN-professional staff.
I have a washing machine it has never gone a whole month without breaking down!
So many times the engineers have came out and started arguing with one another infront of my kids and taken it away to get repaired and i have had to use there smelly replacement one for months until my one came back.
The engineers ripped all my kitchen vinyl came back with my machine forgetting the parts for it.
And yet if i miss one payment they send a glaswegian debt collector to my door to intimidate me to pay!
There must be some way of reporting them for this sort of behavior
