I am a single mum with four young kids all 8 an under, this company took £68.00 out of my bank, trying everything to get it back, they don't have a phone number, the money they took was for my food shopping for the week, this company is bad news, please be aware.

- Jenny,go their website and the only method of contact is through a form that you have to fill in,choose the option to cancel your application and they will send you an email with a cancellation form, fill in,post(recorded)and besides cancelling they should refund you the amount minus £5 fee...it will take between 5-7 working days but you should get back your money. Hopefully.
