On 11/07 I have accepted the free trial- online- not only for the "Pure Garcinia Cambogia", but also for the body "Cleanse" product; agreeing to pay $4.95 for shipping and handling for each one of the products ( 2 products, 3 shipments)since I've got a bottle of cleanse for my friend on another card. however, there were also two fees of $1.00 each. I was OK so far, in my mind it was only$3,00 total, even though I have not agreed to it; but days have passed, then weeks and I have never gotten the products! So I decided to call the numbers found on my bank statement, but was not successful on getting someone, a representative from "their" company on the line to talk to, so that I could cancel my free trial before being charged again on my credit card. But days went by and unfortunately between work and school, i did not have much time available to keep on trying, and when i could, I was usually on hold for 10, 15 minutes; many times even longer! I was able to find an email address and what to do next with the assistance of my credit card customer service's staff, who also tried calling this company many times on 3 different lines. So, once again, I have never received my free trial on the mail, even though I have been charged $4.95 for shipping for both products. Also, I have not received an email confirming shipping or a message that I would be charged again. More importantly, I tried calling many times to cancel any kind of relationship with this company, but without someone answering the phone, was impossible to do so. Other than that, there were no other options! Also, many of the customer services from my bank can confirm this information, as more than one, in multiple occasions, have tried helping me.
