Never got much help, extra log wait time, all contacts seemed outside the USA, I really should have investigated this but they came recommended from a colleague so I assumed it was legit. Needed some support and all of the sudden the phone number was not in use. Safe cart the company that processed the payments said they no longer processed payments for them so that is a red flag.
