I paid over $400 in February. For 6 months I have been writing Andre the owner and was promised a refund which I never received. Also was promised he would fix everything of the 10 themes I have purchased from him. The search does not hardly work, and as for correctly, no! In 10 themes the search and many other flaws are there! I was promised for 6 months that it would be fixed. I was also promised a refund and never got either of them. He still writes me only to say "still working on it". But it has been 6 months. At first I was promised it would take a week. Now I need help trying to get something out of the $400+ I spent with him since he failed to fix anything he promised he would. I have found and emailed him about over 100 errors between the 10 programs he offers and promises to work. He has fixed 0. I told him I needed 2 of the problems fixed so that I could even run the software on a website. Now 6 months later it is not done and I need results for the past 9 months I've wasted and paid for at my expense. This company should be run over. Andre and Sitemile.com took over $400 from me and I am yet to receive anything that was promised from him or the site. If the search does not work properly for 10 site-themes. I cannot use any of them and they were suppose to work properly! I tried before to update and when I upgraded the update he had on sitemile.com, it was worse that what I had before. It completely messed up my site and I had to redo the WHOLE site and database! He has cost me my whole years salary. I have been working towards investing in things for myself to make money, and this investment is a horrible one! I was promised a lot and received nothing but broken goods! And then was promised a refund and a fix and still no refund and still 10 broken programs. It has been 9 months. I'd like my $400+ back plus 9 months of pay for me having to wait for 10 working programs that were promised to be able to work! Not only that. I paid to have the programs installed and it took him two months when he promised me 2 days!
