Filled in basic info online. Said they found money and directed me to call 800-985-5101. Called and was charged told them no. I did not want to pay and asked to cancel they said no. Directed me to agent, agent, customer service, all same person w/ different phone #'s. Asked for promised refund was directed to agent. Refused to give refund, went to web sight to request refund, will not allow me to connect to redirected link for refund.
