On 10/10/13 I ordered a "trial" of product for a charge of $2.95. I did not receive the product until 10/16/13. I was charged $98.16 on 10/26 to my account. I was supposed to have a "trial" period of 16 or 18 days. After calling customer service numerous times and getting no answer, and emailing and getting no response to try and cancel this scam, I was again charged another $98.16 on my account on 11/11. I am now out $196.32 for this awful product that makes my face break out and burns. Don't sign up for a trial . . . its a scam.
