I saw an ad for Canadian Visa Expert, on a popular website, so I registered my basic info and contact just to try it out. After a couple of days, what started as a simple experiment ended up to be a serious thing. A lady with a flawed American accent was collecting my personal information for a preliminary Visa assessment. After congratulating me for the very high chances my family profile had in getting a work visa, she started pressing hard for my credit card details, claiming that phone payment was the only way they had.

I told her she wasn't going to get any payment over the phone and I'll consider payment only on a secure website using a paypal account! She somehow produced an online link that took me to a paypal payment. This time she put even more pressure on me to pay.

The amount added up to 1800+ USD. I told her, I will not pay now, I need time to think of it. She told me if I want to keep my application open I'll have to pay. I told her don't keep it open, whenever I'm ready I'll contact her to open a new application. Here is where she exploded and claimed it was unrespectful of me to waist half an hour of her time and not complete the application.

Here is where I felt this thing is a scam or something very close to it. The only way I was able to disengage from the phone call is when I called her a stalker. My Wife did tell me that they called 3 or 4 times requesting to speak to me.

I say forget about this company and keep your money where its supposed to be. IN YOUR POCKET..
