My bank account showed a withdrawal of $4.95 and $89.95 for a skin product I never received! I called customer service and they said they sent me a sample of lotion and that it was now past the trial period so they can't reimburse me. I told them I had not received the product but they didn't care. Now I have to go through my bank and see if I can resolve this!
