I filled in the required fields of information, and then was a directed to a page to pay .95 for the report. I decided to go ahead and do it; after entering in my payment info I was directed to a page that made it almost impossible to proceed without signing up for their monthly reporting service which costs $17.49 per month. I finally found the place to move forward on just accessing the one report, and they had no information on the property I submitted, except the Zillow estimated value, which I could have looked up on my own without paying .95 and going through the hassle (and now concern that my charge card will be charged false charges). This site is a scam and should be shut down. The .org leads a consumer to believe it is safe and on the level--IT'S NOT!
