I had purchased a ticket to Kenya with this company in 2012 and it was fine. Earlier this year, in May, I bought a business class ticket to Namibia with the same company for $4896. I had to cancel my trip and was told the company could not refund my money but that I could use those funds for another ticket to the same or a different destination later. I contacted them a couple of times but they were unable to find available flights (they use frequent flyer miles). Then I contacted them about a week ago for a ticket to Turkey. I had checked on the United Airlines web site and found that saver award travel was available on all segments. I sent them the details of the flights and since then have had no response from them. The individual I am dealing with, and the company do not respond to e-mails or text messages or voicemails, and both the company phone number and the individual's mobile number go straight to voicemail. I am supposed to travel in a week and have no ticket and am out nearly $5,000.
