I authorized a payment of $1000 on my credit card for this company to send my financial analysis/advice on how to pay off a credit card. This analysis was SUPPOSED to give a plan to resolve my credit card debt. When I got the packet in the mail, it just summed up what I was already doing.....making payments on my credit card account, this wasn't helpful because I paid $1000(THAT I COULD NOT GET BACK WHEN I CALLED WITHIN A FEW DAYS) for someone to put compile a "booklet" of what I was already doing.
