I ordered the lice treatment product with understanding that if I needed to return it I could within 30 days. I called to see if they could give me a shipping reciept so when I returned it through Fedex I'd have a way to trach it. The woman I spoke to had no idea if that was possible. I told her that was what the policy said and she told me the owner had changed it a while ago and she wasn't even aware of what the current website said. She told me she couldn't tell me anything because the owner was out of town and that he doesn't speak to customers. She said he would be in tomorrow and that she would ask him if I could get my money back. She said I might get back $100 dollars. I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to and she said there wasn't.
