i was scammed by a member of chemistry.com. he represented himself as living in porter ranch, california...etc. ip address i later find out was from cape town africa. i knew nothing about ip addresses and scams at the time (now i have learned more than i would liked, having researched this problem on my own). i had reported the person weeks before as well. both times they stated that he was never in the system...yet i met him on chemistry. first, he was on the site, second, they only needed to check the ip address and found out he was a romance scammer, or third they could have googled his bio and found it on line with other prefab scammer letters used by african dating scammers/ chemistry refuses to acknowledge this fraud.
