Bought Nude make-up from this company and some anti-wrinkle cream. It did not suit my skin. I got a call from a sales rep and I told them I did not want any more of the make-up as it did not suit my skin. Two days later a transaction of $99.90 appears on my account. I tried calling customer service but couldnt get through so emailed asking why they had charged me $99.90 and to cancel whatever they were charging me for. The customer service agent replied 3 days ater saying my order (that I never placed)could not be cancelled because it was about to be shipped and that I would have to pay but he would cancel future transactions. I clearly stated that I did not wish to purchase any more items from this company but they charged me anyway. This is an unauthorised fraudulent transaction and I am raising a dispute with my bank. Just because this company had my details they were able to charge me for something I advised that I DID NOT want. If you want to try this make-up go and buy it in the shops. It is same price and at least you won't have to worry about being charged for something you said you did not want to purchase. Any customer has the right to return also which they never offered, very BAD customer service. I will get my money back as the bank are investiagting and the post office can return the parcel as I will not be accepting it.
