In early September 2013 I ordered the "free trial" for $5.95. I recieved 7 bottles and was charged $148.96 on top of the $5.95. I called and complained and demanded a refund. They assured me that I would no longer recieve refills and that I would have my refund within 10 business days. I waited patiently............1.5 months!!!! I called back in early November enquiring about my refund, they told me that a manager would call me back within an hour (after waiting on hold for 30 minuets). No one ever called me back. A week later there was random charge to my debit account for $78. I called my bank to get the information since it was a pending charge and I knew I didnt make it. I called the phone number provided and was told that I was being charged for a re-order of Garcinia Cambogia! Lets just say I lost it and again demanded a refund and to talk to a manager. I was told that they could not let me speak to a manager because they didnt know which company I ordered from, and that they deal with over $20 companies that sell the product. I again asked them to refund my original charge and they told me there was no record of an original order. I asked how that was possible since they we charging me for a RE-ORDER!!! They had no response for me. After all is said and done I have filed a fraud claim with my bank and have had to deactive and order a new debit card.
DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!
