I ordered a FREE sample of collagan cream plus a P&P charge of £2.54. I forgot all about it until it arrived maybe a month later, not just one item but two and they had taken the money £38.60 from my credit card details which I supplied for the charge of P&P. I contacted my credit card company they were unable to refund me as I had received the goods and I couldn't prove I only ordered a sample.
This company have gone on to post another three items to the value of £72.00 UK pounds to me but the credit card company had put a stop on this company so I will hopefully be refunded the £72.
