Like the rest of the complainants, I too have not received the products yet and my credit card has already been billed. I was promised a 7-10 working day delivery, but it's already been more than a month since my purchase. I email them quite frequently and ALWAYS just get this response:
"Dear Customer,
Thank you for your email.
We apologize that you have not received your order. Due to high demand for our products, the average arrival time for our order has been 15 business days. We ask that you allow a few more days for your order to arrive. We appreciate your patience during this time.
Please be informed that we are doing our best to minimize any further delay.

I was given a useless tracking number since it doesn't really contain any info, only the "supposed" shipping date via trackmail.co.uk
