We order from the website www.swarovskijewelry-outlet.com Two items with the price $75 each. we thought it is from the company named Swarovski but turn out that was not. the Items was sent to us from china.Two items was not the one we order.We want to call to complaint but there was no phone number or the email.They send us the faded one with the price $6 each.

- Contact your credit card company immediately. They will provide the appropriate information in order to process a refund because the goods are counterfeit. I got scammed by these crooks as well, but got a refund in less than 3 weeks from VISA. You only have a certain period of time in order to get your credit card company involved so don't delay.

- Thank you Donna. I did contact my credit card company. They sent me the form to fill out and copied all the invoice to them. I hope to have my refund in couple week.
