My elderly mother ordered by post with enclosed cheque. After several weeks, no goods or communications were received. She rang to chase up her order. They were abrupt and rude. They had cashed her cheque 10 days after receiving it without send out any goods. Then they claim her order had been lost and have failed to refund her after 2 further assurances they would. Avoid this outfit.
