hi i bought in-game money from this company i never received my money. i sent them a e-mail they told me the money went on a another server and they not able to transfer my money back.i dont have any character related too the server my money went and they told me they cannot give my money back. How can a company charge someone and not given them the product they bought!! plz this is unacceptable
