They are a affiliated company with Franklin Consulting Inc which is another work from home scam company. Nicolas Venturino from SBC called me and asked me a bunch questions regarding my credit cards information in detail along with the contact info of the credit card company, and my SS, my Address, my phone number including my Cell, then sent a contract via email right away push me quickly to type my name as a electronic signature then charged me $4875 on my credit card. That was on Nov 8 afternoon around 4pm central time. The next day, there was a business finance specialist called, I ask him what exactly what kind of service does the company provided, I am in the dark, it happened too quick for me to understand anything. He gave me no answer but say that I am in the very early stage, he needed me to answer some questioner that he would send after the phone visit, then I need to follow their instruction to file bunch of document will put in the mail later for me to form a LLC, from there they probably will find out the where I stand, he said it might take 2-3 month even 6 month. He couldn't even tell me is his company affiliated with Franklin Consulting. Then I called Nicolas told him that I didn't feel right about the service I wanted to cancel my service and get a full refund. well, he kept pushing me saying that I was agree on the service yesterday, why I wanted to cancel it now, I need the service, I said it's my decision, and I just don't want the service now. He then transfer me to his manager Tom Renko, then Tom telling me about the same thing that I needed the service, wouldn't talk about the process of my cancellation at all. Finally, he say the he will have billing staff call me the next morning at 10am. The next morning at 10:13am central time, I received a call from Michael, claimed that he is the supervisor of Nicolas, and Micheal did the same thing tried to ask me stay with their service because I needed. I told him that I just want to cancel my service and get a full refund, your company should stop any paper work on the day I called Nicolas for cancellation. Also, I was expecting a call from billing instead it was Michael, at last he said that the billing department will call me within 24-48 hours.Right after talking with SBC all morning, I just received some documents about how to filling LLC in my state Texas from their customer service. I reply to that email immediately telling them they shouldn't continue any paper work since Nov 19 since I asked for cancellation. Well, finally I received a call again from customer service said that I am only eligible for $2120.75 refund. the rest of $2664.25 are for 15% cancellation fee and the work they have done before I called for cancellation. I called and ask them to provide a prove of work, they said they don't break down of the price, it is a package that I purchase. I asked then how did they come out of the amount of $2120.75. Finally, talked to billing department supervisor, she said within 5 hours prior to my cancellation, they prepared all the document already. After all the talking, I just find out they re-send the promissory note and package purchasing receipt which I should have had via email the first day. Well, I have no choice but signed on the refund form which states that I cannot make any other statement over the internet, blog, any group discussion...

This is such a rip off!!!
