I purchased a kitchen on the 27th August via one of the sales reps that came out to see me upon my request. I had the kitchen delivered in October and it is currently being fitted. Upon fitting I have experienced a catalogue of errors:

• Screws missing for ALL the handles
• 2 handles missing
• Incorrect tap received
• Colour difference (kitchen doors different colour to the side and bottom panels)

Upon doing an inventory check on the stock received I reported this to the customer service team who promptly sent out the missing items.

Once the tap was fitted I was expecting a light in the tap (red for hot and blue for cold) as this is the tap I chose specifically for our kitchen. However once fitted there was no light in the tap. The tap is a like for like of the one that I ordered with the exception of the light. Upon reporting this to the Customer Service team I was advised that the tap was free and complimentary and was sold subject to availability and because the tap I had ordered was not available that a replacement tap was sent. I was NOT told that this item was free and I was NOT told that this is subject to availability. The advisor did not portray any empathy towards my issue and did not offer me a resolution. The advisor confirmed that all calls are recorded, so i requested a copy of this call to be sent out to me asap (to date i have not recieved)

Upon the kitchen being fitted I also found to my amazement that the colour on the kitchen doors does not match the bottom and side panels that had been sent. Upon reciept they look the same as a cream colour is hard to distinguish against but once fitted against the kitchen doors it did not match. The kitchen doors are peachy pink and the supposedly matching panels sent are yellowey cream (I have pictures to prove)

I am totally disgusted with this as the kitchen was going to be the pride and joy of our house as our main entrance is via the kitchen. I am totally unhappy and requested an investigation and was told that they could not do anything as the kitchen had been fitted. I have spent a lot of money on my kitchen and I am disgusted with the products and service received from (customer Service)and will definatly NOT be using or reccomending this company ever again.
