Again, like so many others, I thought I was on the phone with Apple because I was having trouble running exterior machines - Neat and Cricut. Then I was told that I needed to get the "apple care" and authorized them to bill me for 169.00. And also, how dare I run a machine without an external hard drive and I could get this wonderful rebate amt back....well, since I'm lazy, I didn't even file for the rebate - no I don't have money to throw away, but that's not the point here....I had totally forgotten about the whole thing until I saw a transaction going thru my bank for $169.00 today with a funny identification line. Did some research, and found that they are charging me AGAIN, for this SERVICE they supposedly provide. Hopefully can get the bank to reverse it but probably was just taken again. We all need to report this company to the Atty Gen of Florida and the Federal Trade Commission and it can't hurt to file with BBB, also. We have all been taken to the cleaners.....alert all of your friends, especially the ones with Apple Products!!!
