I ordered 13 Samsung galaxy s4 i9500 unlocked phones. I paid $2704.00 usd plus the $88.00 western union fee. What I received was a single pair of Retro Jordan's 13 sneakers billed at $240.00 usd. They wouldn't reply to any of my emails. So I filed a complaint with an agency of the US government's internet crime division. I sent my money to a Zhitong Xu and the online Rep. Name was Wei Lee. The company also goes by Qing Dao and they use a Microsoft email: [email protected]
