I went to check my bank statement as I didn't understand why I had gone overdrawn and was going to find it difficult to meet my mortage payment this month. I scrolled to check all my transactions and discovered that in August I apparently paid £7.00 for a product that I never even heard off. Then another £7.00 was deducted but worse was to follow, to my shock and utter horror £118 was deducted in September and another £118 in October. I just can't believe it. How they got hold of my details I do not know. I am so upset that I haven't stopped crying. Just thinking that somebody has just been able to withdraw money for nothing-now I am faced with an overdraft and no money for my mortgage. I am shaking all over and don't know where to turn and how this could have happened. What a scam! I don't even have the products. This should not be allowed to happen.Can I ever get my money back?
